Position Overview

We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Woodshop Cutter to join our team and help build custom wood products. In this role, you’ll measure, cut, sand, and assemble wood components using hand tools and power tools.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in woodworking, carpentry, cabinet making, construction, furniture building, or other hands-on production work. If you enjoy working with your hands, using tools, and building quality products, we’d like to hear from you. Training will be provided.

What you'll do

  • Read work orders and follow measurements and instructions.
  • Measure and cut wood accurately.
  • Assemble wood pieces to build custom products.
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely.
  • Operate equipment such as table saws, radial arm saws, jigsaws, belt sanders, and staplers.
  • Sand and prepare wood pieces for assembly and finishing.
  • Check your work to make sure measurements and quality are correct.
  • Keep your work area clean and organized.
  • Follow safety rules and company procedures.
  • Work with your team to complete daily production goals.
  • Help with other woodshop tasks when needed.

Who you are

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Previous experience in woodworking, carpentry, cabinet making, construction, manufacturing, or a related hands-on environment preferred.
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools.
  • Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
  • Comfortable working with wood and production equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Training may be provided for candidates with strong hands-on, mechanical, construction, or production experience.
