Warehouse Manager

On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations and site logistics, ensuring that materials, tools, and equipment are delivered efficiently to projects across Malta.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and stock control
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts
• Coordinate material deliveries and logistics for project sites
• Manage tools, equipment, and company assets
• Lead and supervise warehouse and delivery staff
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and warehouse procedures
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with procurement
• Prepare warehouse and inventory reports for management

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse or logistics operations, including supervisory experience
• Experience within construction, MEP, electrical, or building supplies sectors
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills
• Proficiency in Excel and stock management systems
• Good understanding of warehouse health and safety practices
• Good command of English
• Valid driving licence and based in Malta

Preferred

• Knowledge of MEP materials and products
• Forklift certification
• Experience with barcode or ERP inventory systems
• Experience coordinating deliveries to construction sites
• Maltese language skills
