What you'll do...
Role summary:We are seeking an experienced and strategic Learning & Development Senior Manager to lead the development, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of training programs that enable associates and the business to achieve measurable results.
This leader will own the health, governance, administration and continuous improvement of the LMS (Learning Management System) environment. The role connects platform administration, content and program governance, stakeholder partnership, reporting, end-user support and engagement to maintain a relevant learning experience and measure training impact.
About the team:
The Supply Chain Continuous Skills Development Center of Excellence team designs and delivers scalable learning solutions that enhance associate capabilities and support Supply Chain goals. Collaborating with senior leadership, the team identifies skill gaps and aligns learning strategies with business needs. They provide engaging development experiences through digital, instructor-led, and on-the-job training, maintaining high standards in instructional design. Focused on continuous improvement, the team uses data and feedback to optimize learning impact, driving leadership development, change management, and measurable business results through effective talent development initiatives.
Core Accountabilities:
- Platform Administration: Maintain active users, organizational hierarchy, groups, programs and platform settings so training and reporting remain relevant to the correct audiences.
- Program & Content Governance: Manage deployment, organization, review, archiving and sustainment of training content; establish governance for programs, naming conventions and content review processes.
- Stakeholder & Partner Management: Manage relationships with Network stakeholders and serve as liaison with third-party content providers and tracking-data partners.
- Reporting & Business Impact: Monitor platform usage and business metrics, including participation, knowledge levels, behavior observations and business-impacting measures; present findings to stakeholders.
- End-User & Leader Support: Resolve platform questions and issues, and enable frontline leaders to use learning data to strengthen coaching conversations.
- Communications & Engagement: Communicate platform changes, gather user feedback, recognize top performers and address barriers for non-participants.
What you'll do:
- Keep user assignments and organizational structures current, including role changes, new hires and terminations.
- Create and maintain groups, programs and platform settings that deliver the appropriate experience to each audience.
- Set the program governance calendar, including annual certifications and reinforcement review cadence.
- Define and monitor naming conventions for content, groups and training paths.
- Define and track a content review process to support accuracy, relevance and sustainment.
- Measure and monitor training impact and use results to guide next steps.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related
area OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
