Lead of the site for specific services under scope:

1) Coffee, water and snack machine,

2) Office supplies and

3) Reception tasks

Activities only related to the contract scope:

• Maintain supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies (Office, coffee, and shipping supplies)
• Assist and site support with administrative requests and support as necessary.
• Supports site/facilities project activities as needed
• Oversight of Vendors and Contractors who supply vending machines and coffee
• Other tasks/projects as assigned
• Maintain Conference/Training/Team Rooms (supplies). Can be included in the routine one time per day.
• Create Purchase Order requisitions on behalf of Tower Leads as required Review with the client to avoid conflict (segregation of duties BD & JLL´s policies)
