Commercial Drywall Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial drywall and a passion for leading successful construction projects? What You'll Do

• Lead and manage commercial drywall projects from inception to completion.

• Collaborate with clients, general contractors, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.

• Oversee project budgets, schedules, resources, and timelines to deliver projects on time and within scope.

• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation.

• Monitor project costs and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.

• Utilize On-Screen Takeoff (OST) or similar construction software to support project management and documentation.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners throughout the project lifecycle.

• Work closely with field teams to ensure quality workmanship, productivity, and successful project execution.

• Foster a positive and productive work environment built around teamwork, accountability, and communication.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial drywall or a related specialty construction field.

• Experience managing multiple commercial construction projects from award through completion.

• Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff (OST) or similar construction software.

• Strong understanding of project schedules, budgets, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide field teams and project partners.

• Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to build and maintain strong client and general contractor relationships.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality, accountability, and follow-through.
