Job Description
Deine Aufgaben
BHR-Management und Auftragsabschluss
- Durchführung der Batch History Record (BHR) Execution in den MES- und SAP-Systemen unter Einhaltung geltender GMP-, GDP- und Dokumentationsanforderungen.
- Sicherstellung eines ordnungsgemäßen und fristgerechten Auftragsabschlusses.
- Analyse von Material-, Verbrauchs- und Kostenabweichungen nach Auftragsabschluss sowie Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen.
- GDP-konforme Prüfung von Produktionsaufträgen und Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotenzialen.
- Ableitung, Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen zur nachhaltigen Verbesserung relevanter Leistungskennzahlen (KPIs).
- Unterstützung bei operativen Monatsabschlussaktivitäten sowie Sicherstellung korrekter Buchungen und Bilanzierungen.
SAP-Bestandsmanagement
- Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Zwischeninventuren und Bestandsaufnahmen.
- Überwachung und Sicherstellung einer hohen Bestandsgenauigkeit im SAP-System.
- Analyse und Klärung von Bestandsdifferenzen sowie Einleitung geeigneter Korrekturmaßnahmen.
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Lager- und Buchungsprozessen.
Produktionsplanung und Schnittstellenmanagement
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktionsplanung zur Sicherstellung einer effizienten und termingerechten Produktionssteuerung.
- Unterstützung und Vertretung zentraler Planungsprozesse
- Abstimmung mit Produktion, Logistik, Qualität und weiteren Fachbereichen zur Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Material- und Informationsflusses.
Kontinuierliche Verbesserung
- Identifikation und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten in Prozessen und Arbeitsabläufen.
- Mitarbeit in Optimierungsprojekten zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Qualität und Bestandsgenauigkeit.
- Übernahme weiterer fachbereichsbezogener Aufgaben und Projekte gemäß betrieblicher Anforderungen.
Dein Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische, technische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Erste bis mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Industrieunternehmen, idealerweise in einem regulierten Umfeld wie der Pharma-, Medizinprodukte-, Chemie- oder Lebensmittelindustrie.
- Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Produktionssteuerung, Auftragsabwicklung, Materialwirtschaft und Bestandsmanagement.
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, vorzugsweise SAP, sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für betriebliche Zusammenhänge entlang der Wertschöpfungskette.
- Hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise.
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, Abweichungen zu erkennen, Ursachen zu analysieren und nachhaltige Lösungen abzuleiten.
- Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit.
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie die Bereitschaft, sich in neue Systeme und Prozesse einzuarbeiten.
- Kenntnisse der GMP- und GDP-Anforderungen sind von Vorteil.
