Role Summary / Purpose and Scope
Overseeing day-to-day running of The Landmark Building, Manchester
High levels of Client Engagement and Customer services are required, with good management of supply partners, security staff, maintenance, and cleaners as well as third party contractors whilst having due regard to expenditure and current legislation.
Skills, Knowledge and Values
- In partnership with the Building Consultancy Team where appropriate, support the completion of planned works, commission Long Term Asset Replacement Plans, permit to work systems, monitor PPMs to ensure buildings are managed proactively, responsibly, and that the service charge budgets and property plans are fully aligned ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations and appropriate communication with client and occupiers.
- Working with the Client Leads to understand and work towards the clients objectives and develop strategies for the building, meeting service delivery expectations.
- Able to effectively coordinate and manage the full evacuation of the building using a phased evacuation and following the evacuation review the procedures for the relevant for lessons learned.
- Manage supplier performance including service delivery and financial, ensuring best value and efficiencies using the relevant tools and reporting as required as well support the Procurement team with tender programmes and contractor performance reviews
- Prepare service charge budgets with the building manager and property manager, including explanatory guides and analyse and monitor year end and monthly service charge expenditure, including monitoring outgoing costs and budgetary control in accordance with RICS guidance and investigate, report or address any outstanding positions and backlogs
- Regular inspecting and recording of the inspections, appropriately monitor, report on, support and feedback to site team and sample auditing your team for condition, standards, and occupier compliance with covenants

Salary Range (Based on Experience)
£38,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
