Pay Transparency

The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is €59,150 - €97,175 which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Pension, Life Insurance, Annual Leave, and Wellness Program.

Job Description

The Sr. Marketing Manager is responsible for developing marketing objectives, strategies, and programs to support the achievement of Visa’s business and brand objectives. This role participates in the development of company marketing programs, assesses market potential, plans product life cycles, coordinates technical product development, and defines promotional activities and product launches. Activities may include technical sales support, product advertising and promotion, planning, developing, and implementing multiple channel programs, and the development of company market requirements for specific products or product lines.

All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement promotional activities and product launches across multiple channels.
