Position Description
 
Vantage is seeking an Analyst, Treasury to support treasury operations by assisting with financial transactions, payment processing, and reporting. This role provides a strong foundation for developing treasury expertise while ensuring accuracy in daily cash management activities. The Analyst, Treasury will collaborate with internal finance teams to maintain efficient treasury functions.  

Essential Job Functions

• Cash Transactions Support: Assist in processing daily cash movements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.  
• Banking Documentation: Maintain treasury records, support reconciliations, and ensure compliance with banking policies.  
• Payment Processing Assistance: Prepare payment documentation and assist in executing transactions under supervision.  
• Financial Reporting Support: Gather treasury data for monthly reports on cash balances and account analysis.  
• Liquidity & Cash Flow Monitoring: Help track bank balances and support basic cash forecasting efforts.  
• ERP & Treasury System Maintenance: Enter and verify treasury data within Yardi/Kyriba systems.  
• Bank Fee Review: Assist in tracking banking fees and compiling basic cost reports.  
• Audit & Compliance Documentation: Support documentation gathering for internal audits and regulatory compliance.  
• Team Collaboration: Work with finance, accounts payable, and tax teams to support treasury-related requests.  
• Process Improvement Contributions: Identify and suggest small operational improvements for treasury workflows.  

Duties

• Execute basic treasury tasks and provide administrative support for financial operations.  
• Assist in payment processing through ERP (Yardi) under supervision.  
• Monitor bank balances and assist with treasury reports.  
• Maintain treasury records and ensure accuracy for financial compliance.  
• Research minor discrepancies and assist in resolving treasury-related queries.  
• Respond to internal requests regarding treasury transactions.  
• Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.  
• Ensure adherence to corporate financial policies and industry best practices.  
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.  

Job Requirements  

• Experience: 0-1 year in treasury, finance, banking, or accounting roles (internships or relevant coursework preferred).  
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (preferred but not required).  
• Financial Knowledge: Basic understanding of cash flow transactions, banking processes, and payment operations.  
• Technical Skills: Exposure to ERP or Treasury Management Systems (Yardi/Kyriba) is a plus but not required.  
• Analytical Abilities: Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn treasury processes.  
• Problem-Solving & Collaboration: Ability to work proactively in a team environment.  
• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills for interacting with finance teams and banking partners.  
• Organization & Adaptability: Capability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and efficient manner.  
• Travel: Minimal travel (up to 5%) may be required based on business needs.
