  • Provide first draft and review of routing commercial contracts (including, but not limited to, confidentiality agreements, consultancy arrangements and letter agreements) for approval and execution by the Contracts team. Manage contract lifecycle management processes, corporate records, company registrations, and regulatory filings.
  • Develop legal reports and metrics, support compliance training administration, and drive process improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Embrace emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, and proactively identify opportunities to improve Legal and Compliance workflows, automate routine tasks, and enhance business support.

Key Requirements

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based business applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management systems (such as DocuSign CLM), legal technology platforms, AI tools, or healthcare/life sciences organizations is preferred.

Total Rewards

In addition to the opportunity to develop your knowledge and grow professionally, we offer competitive wages and benefits.

  • Pay Range in the United States: $30.00/hr - $37.00/hr based upon experience, as well as an annual bonus opportunity of 5% of base salary. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
