Qualifications

• Physician Assistant (PA) license
• DEA / Controlled Substance Registration (if applicable)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – Healthcare Provider
• NCCPA Certification (required at hire or within 12 months if applicable; required for billing)
• Additional certifications as required by department

The critical access designation by the federal government ensures access to healthcare services for residents of rural communities.
