We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fort McMurray. This role is the first point of contact for customers at our rental counter and plays a key role in delivering exceptional service while supporting sales, rental operations, and administrative processes.

Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 37.5 hours per week

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and professional customer service at the rental counter, ensuring company standards are met
• Assist customers in person and over the phone in a prompt, courteous, and business-like manner
• Support inside sales of all products and services, including equipment rentals
• Prepare rental and sales contracts accurately
• Process equipment returns and close rental contracts
• Respond to equipment inquiries using internal systems
• Maintain and utilize knowledge of the purchase order system
• Assist with basic equipment servicing as required
• Keep all paperwork accurate and current to ensure timely processing of transactions

What You Bring

Skills & Knowledge:

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Understanding of construction phases, job site conditions, and equipment applications
• Knowledge of rental equipment and the ability to demonstrate products to customers
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Comfortable managing deadlines and repetitive tasks
• Flexibility to work structured shift hours within a standard weekday schedule

Experience:

• Several years of direct sales experience (required)
• Experience in equipment rental, construction, or a related industry is considered an asset
