Description
You live in Greater Lisbon or Porto, are willing to be 2-3 times week present in one of our offices and like to join Kardex as a SAP Sales & Service Process Specialist (Subject Matter Expert Sales and Service Process). You will be one of the first employees in our brand new office around Parque das Nações / Oriente in Lisbon or in Porto, Portugal.
Your tasks
You consult and support the Application Owner in SAP environments
You analyze and document business, process, and technical requirements
You recommend solutions aligned with IT strategy and guidelines
You define and coordinate required system changes with stakeholders
You perform SAP customizing and optimize system processes
You provide 2nd level support and ensure 3rd level support via partners
You participate in SAP projects and train key users
Your profile
You bring 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems
You have strong experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA (SD, MM, Logistics)
You have solid expertise in business processes and SAP customizing
You think analytically and work in a structured way
You communicate confidently in international environments
You have full business proficiency in English, German is a plus
