Job Title: Administration Supervisor
Location: London Canary Wharf
Full time: 37.5 hours per week
Permanent: Monday to Friday onsite
Salary: £33k to £36k per annum
We’re looking for an Administration Supervisor to join our HCA UK Team based on a client site in Canary Wharf. You will be responsible and accountable for the management of any logistical tasks and the Front of House (FOH) team within the onsite client clinic.
You will be required to travel to Glasgow quarterly (travel and accommodation will be paid)
You will ensure strong relationships with the HCA Primary Care FOH and administrative management teams, to deliver an effective, consistent service to the client.
This is an interesting and exciting role where you will also collaborate with the client account management team and onsite clinical team to deliver a high-quality patient journey.
You will report to the Practice Manager and be trained to deputise for them when required. We are looking for applicants who want to learn and grow and who have career aspirations. Are you ambitious? This could be just the role for you!

What you’ll do:
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure the front of house department fulfils this objective
- Ensure the department adheres to all patient safety standard operating procedures and codes of conduct in line with GDPR and HCA policies.
- Be visible, accessible, and approachable to staff, patients and vendors
- Perform as a professional role model, driving high standards, mentoring and developing the team.
- Carry out all reasonable tasks as required by Operational Services Manager
What you’ll bring:
- Expertise in dealing with complaints both face to face and over the telephone, professionally and with empathy
- Ability to manage two Senior Receptionists
- Ambition to learn and grow in your role
- Ability to work in a high-level corporate environment and work face to face with our client, listening to their requirements and actioning
- Knowledge of health and safety, safeguarding and GDPR
- Minimum of 2 years experience in front of house or admin
- Approachable demeanour
- Able to work as part of a team
