Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Vendor Coordinator to join our team. As a Vendor Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing our relationships with clients. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of business operations, and the ability to efficiently handle multiple client accounts. Moreover, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client coordination within the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Additionally, act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of products and services. Furthermore, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize client satisfaction and revenue. Track and analyze key metrics to assess client performance and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, proactively resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with clients. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to provide valuable insights to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Client Coordinator or similar role, preferably in the tech industry.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.

• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
