Purpose of the Role
Join the Group FP&A London team in a hands-on role supporting management reporting, incentives and International Markets (IM) Property activities. You'll maintain and analyse financial data, help produce recurring reports, and coordinate information for property reviews and approvals.
You'll report to a Senior FP&A Manager and work closely with colleagues in London, Tokyo and Bangalore. The role offers practical experience across core financial planning and analysis (FP&A), with scope to take on broader analysis and business partnering responsibilities as your experience grows.
· Support monthly and reforecast finance reports with the Bangalore FP&A team and London reviewers, preparing and validating data packs for management reporting, IR and peer analysis.
· Maintain and consolidate Risks & Opportunities (R&O) trackers, support periodic analysis, check data quality and follow up on open reporting items.
· Maintain the IM incentive tracker and supporting documentation, prepare data submissions to the Reward team, and analyse T&E data to identify spending trends and opportunities.
· Support the Senior FP&A Manager with IM Property reviews and approvals, coordinating submissions, financial information, status trackers and follow-ups with CBRE and regional teams.
· Provide budgeting, forecasting and other core FP&A support during peak periods, collaborating across London, Tokyo and Bangalore and with Group Finance / IR, Biz Ops / Transformation and wider Finance stakeholders.
· Support transformation initiatives and help simplify and standardise recurring processes, developing your knowledge of Group FP&A systems and management reporting as your responsibilities grow.
Qualifications & Skills
· A qualified or part-qualified accounting background (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA)
· Relevant experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, reporting or another analytical role, typically gained over 3-5 years.
· Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately with recurring financial data and deadlines.
· Good Excel and PowerPoint skills, and confidence working with structured data, trackers and reporting packs.
· A proactive, organised approach, with the ability to follow through on actions and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
· Clear communication skills, a collaborative approach across locations and Finance teams, and a willingness to learn about management reporting, forecasting, planning and process improvement.
Desirable Experience
Exposure to management reporting, forecasting or budgeting; experience in a multi-country or matrix organisation; and familiarity with finance reporting or planning systems, with an interest in data and reporting automation, would be helpful but are not essential.
