As part of Edenred BeLux, you will be working as Data Analyst in our Tech Data Team.

The main scope of Data Team is to create data products on our Global Edenred Azure Data Platform, build data sets, provide strategic dashboard & reports in Power BI and enable self-service reporting across the organization/

As a Data Analyst, you are a professional specialized in the design, implementation, and management of the systems, architecture, and tools necessary for the collection, storage, transformation, and distribution of data. The primary role of a Data Analyst is to develop and maintain the infrastructure that allows business teams to organize and efficiently exploit their data.

The key stakeholders for this position are:

• Internal: End-users & key users, Data & Product managers and executives, process owners/team leaders and managers, Agile Teams (Scrum Masters and Product Owners).

• External: HQ’s corporate IT, Remote Development centers, customers and partners.

• Reporting Line : you report directly to the IT Back-end & Data Product Owner and your N+2 will be the CTO Edenred BeLux.

As a Data Analyst, you will be in charge of Collecting & organizing the data on an efficient, compliant & secured way (pricing analytics, client/merchant segmentation, Business Review reporting,…) :

• Business analysis & modelling: understanding, documenting, supporting, and analyzing procedures that support the business functions performed in the different departments of the company.

• Data management: Takes responsibility for the accessibility, retrievability and security of specific subsets of data

• Data visualization: develop reports & dashboards in PowerBI or other Data Visualization tools

• Requirements definition & management: defining user stories and acceptance criteria with the key users, Product Owners, Product Managers and Business Sponsors.

• Development & implementation: participate actively with the dev. team, lead the validation efforts with the end users and proactively help the team members with their tasks to finish each Sprint.

• Application support & Customer service support: As a team, take full responsibility of changes put into production

• The quality of the deliverables: testing Business Process & applications.

WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU

• You have at least 3 years of experience in business analysis and/or business process management. Ideally, you have experience in financial services industry or gained in a consultancy environment or similar.

• You are fluent in French and/or Dutch and English.

• You have proficiency in PowerBI (and/or Tableau) including DAX and SQL.

• You feel comfortable with statistical data analysis:

  • Analysis of information from a data dashboard

  • Knowledge of data exploration statistical methods

  • Conducting tests to confirm hypotheses

  • Data quality assessment through statistical analysis

• You can convert business requirements into tasks and implement them in the analysis process.

• You have at least a basic understanding of data security and legislation (GDPR) and data collection and management (formulation of collection needs based on field-specific issues and data modeling, extraction of relevant data from large volumes).

• You demonstrate analytical and synthesis capacities, communication and presentation skills, capacity to lead through challenging situations and customer orientation.
