University Behavioral Associates / MONTEFIORE MEDICAL CENTER
ALBERT EINSTEIN COLLEGE OF MEDICINE
EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY: DATA ANALYST (Part-Time)
University Behavioral Associates (UBA) at Montefiore Medical Center is offering a unique opportunity to join a federally funded program serving low-income fathers and families in the Bronx.
HERO Dads (Helping Engage Responsible Outcomes for Dads) is a federally funded fatherhood program designed to support custodial and non-custodial fathers, co-parents, and parenting couples in the Bronx. The program provides a comprehensive range of services aimed at strengthening father-child relationships, improving co-parenting, and fostering economic stability. Core program components include relationship and co-parenting education, skills-based parenting workshops, and employment-related supports including job search assistance, vocational training, job referrals, and job retention coaching. HERO Dads operates on the belief that fathers are best supported through an integrated, strengths-based approach that addresses the social determinants undermining their ability to remain engaged with their children and meet their parenting responsibilities. All services are provided in both English and Spanish and are free of charge to participants.

Evening availability is required on a regular basis to align with program scheduling.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage client registration, enrollment, and data entry in nFORM, DYCD Connect-PTS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HMRF/OFA and DYCD reporting requirements.
Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports, including nForm and DYCD progress reports.
Analyze enrollment, retention, and completion data to support CQI processes, and present findings to the program team in accessible formats.
Liaise with the program’s external evaluator to coordinate data sharing, support matched file transmissions, and resolve discrepancies.
Design and maintain data dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Tableau, Excel) for ongoing program monitoring.
Conduct client outreach as needed to support data collection and assessment completion for evaluation purposes.
Contribute to administrative functions and support the program team with data-related tasks as needed.
