Your Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for planning, organization, execution, and follow-up of meetings, (hybrid) events, and digital event formats
- Independent responsibility for sub-projects and support of the Project Management Office in the IRMCS area, an therefore, regularly projects at the corporate level
- Participation in the coordination of internal departments and external service providers within the scope of projects or similar complex processes
- Responsibility for the preparation, alignment, and quality assurance of project-related materials, presentations, and documentation, as well as similarly demanding administrative tasks
- Independent resource and time planning, deadline management, and project controlling, including analysis and progress evaluation with various contractors and project participants over multi-month periods
- Maintenance of project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation
- Maintenance of CRM systems for the documentation and follow-up of project-related contacts and activities
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed (Bachelor’s) degree with a focus on business administration, marketing, event management, or communications, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in project and/or event management
- Equivalent knowledge acquired through relevant professional experience may substitute formal qualifications
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar field
- High service orientation and ability to perform under time pressure
- Strong sense of confidentiality and personal integrity
- Conceptual and structured working style with a high degree of initiative
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor
- Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt to changing requirements
- Quality-conscious and results-oriented working style
- Diplomatic and professional communication, trustworthiness, flexibility, reliability, and strong team skills
- Ability to quickly and independently familiarize oneself with new subject areas
- Project and event management expertise
- Strong affinity for digital media and technical understanding of online platforms/systems
- Strong understanding of legal and economic interrelations
- Excellent user skills in Microsoft Windows operating system (Office package, MS Project)
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Willingness to travel; organizing and conducting the above-mentioned events may occasionally require weekend work and business trips, possibly involving overnight stays
