About you:
You’re an experienced Product Manager ready to lead the development and evolution of an Expense solution in a global SaaS environment. You thrive on leveraging the latest technology to rapidly iterate on new products and features, and you enjoy turning ideas into impactful solutions. You collaborate closely with engineers, fellow Product Managers, and clients to shape the future of operations in the construction industry—and your work directly influences how that future unfolds.
Day to day you will:
Own and drive a customer-informed Expenses product strategy and roadmap by partnering with users, engineering, and stakeholders to prioritize high-impact, measurable outcomes
Deliver AI-powered features and self-service capabilities that improve field productivity, operational efficiency, and user experience across construction workflows.
Collaborate across the Construction ERP product portfolio to ensure platform integration, consistency, and scalable architecture.
Monitor construction industry trends, regulatory requirements, and global team needs, translating insights into actionable product decisions.
Your skills and experience will include:
3–5 years of Product Management experience in SaaS, ideally within construction, ERP, or field productivity platforms
Proven ability to translate complex technical and customer needs into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and iterative releases
Experience collaborating with engineering teams to deliver scalable, cloud-based solutions using modern development practices
Familiarity with AI-driven product development (including prototyping and deployment) and ability to operate effectively in a global, cross-functional environment
