This position plays a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our organisational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring needs.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and create job descriptions.Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation.Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics to improve processes.Build relationships with potential candidates and promote the company as an employer of choice.RequirementsProven experience in a recruitment role, ideally within a corporate environment.Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current market trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Nice to haveExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).Knowledge of employer branding strategies.Familiarity with HR policies and labour laws.
