About the Opportunity

Are you a valuation expert ready to lead at the forefront of commercial real estate? JLL's Value & Risk Advisory team is seeking an exceptional Director to join our dynamic practice. This is your opportunity to leverage deep sector expertise, drive business growth, and mentor the next generation of valuation professionals-all while working with some of the most prestigious clients, industry leaders and complex properties in the market.

As a Director, you'll take ownership of high-profile valuation assignments, act as Principal Valuer on critical engagements, and establish yourself as a recognised thought leader in your field. You'll help lead, manage and grow a diverse team, manage key client relationships, and play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic direction.

What You'll Do

Lead Complex Valuations & Expert Advisory

• Complete valuation assignments across the office sector

• Provide expert advice on complex property matters

• Take full ownership of reports as Principal Valuer, ensuring compliance with IVS, API, and IFRS standards

• Lead assignments with strategic precision, balancing client needs with internal risk management

Drive Client Excellence

• Deliver superior client service that consistently exceeds expectations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and banking panels

• Secure new appointments with clearly defined terms of engagement

• Act as the trusted advisor to clients

Build & Mentor High-Performing Teams

• Lead and be supported by a team to grow market share and revenue

• Delegate strategically and provide constructive, balanced feedback

• Conduct quality assurance reviews and Director-level assessments

• Set the standard for best practice in models, deliverables, and client experience

• Partner with HR to attract and retain top talent

Fuel Business Growth

• Actively prospect for new clients and pursue panel appointments with major banks

• Cross-sell JLL's full suite of services to maximize client value

• Participate in high-profile client events and industry forums

• Position yourself as a recognised expert and thought leader in your specialty

• Manage sector P&L and drive team performance against financial targets

What You Bring

• CPV Qualified with at least 7 years of commercial valuation experience

• Deep expertise in the office sector

• Proven track record of securing and maintaining positions on banking panels

• Recognised as a technical expert with advanced valuation modeling capabilities

• API Continuing Professional Development compliance
