This position is intentionally not a Project Manager or Superintendent role.

Gill Construction is a high-end residential design-build remodeling firm serving discerning homeowners in Texas. As we continue to scale, we are investing in a modern, global operations model-and we are seeking a highly capable Project Coordinator / Construction Administrator based in the Philippines to serve as a critical extension of our core project team.
This role is the operational backbone of our active construction projects. You will ensure that project data, documentation, and systems are accurate, current, and dependable-so our Project Managers and leadership can lead with clarity, confidence, and speed.

In this role, you will directly support the success of high-end residential construction projects by ensuring information integrity, system reliability, and operational consistency across every phase of the build.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Administrative Coordination
- Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to Project Managers
- Maintain accurate trackers, logs, reports, and spreadsheets using Excel and Microsoft Office
- Organize and manage contracts, change orders, invoices, approvals, and project documentation
- Ensure all digital project files are complete, current, and consistently structured
Systems & Data Management
- Enter, manage, and audit data within construction or project management platforms
- Support disciplined system usage (Buildertrend, Procore, JobTread, or similar platforms)
- Maintain standardized templates, workflows, and documentation processes
- Act as a steward of data accuracy, consistency, and system integrity
Communication & Operational Support
- Support purchasing coordination and vendor documentation
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders
- Ensure project information is accessible, reliable, and decision-ready at all times
What Sets You Apart
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Office
- Experience with construction or project management software (Buildertrend, Procore, JobTread, or similar) is a strong plus
- 2-5+ years of experience in construction, real estate, engineering, or process-driven environments preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Highly organized, dependable, and systems-oriented
- Comfortable learning and adopting new software and workflows quickly
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work full-time aligned to U.S. Central Time (Texas hours
