For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 4 years of experience as a Functional / Business Analyst
- Demonstrated ability to document functional requirements, process flows, and use cases with clarity and precision to align stakeholder needs with technical delivery
- Working knowledge of UX/UI principles to inform requirement definition and ensure solutions reflect user-centered design considerations
- Strong communication skills to facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions throughout the analysis and documentation process
- Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate across cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical counterparts in a consulting environment
- Fluency in French, at least B2 level
- Fluency in English, at least a B2 level
- Availability for Hybrid model, 2 times a week based in Porto
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
