We are currently recruiting a Watches and Fine Jewelry Advisor for our Market Street Watches and Fine Jewelry Boutique.
This role will showcase Chanel Watch and Fine Jewelry offering and work in client development across the category.
This will be a 6 month fixed term contract, with potential for extension.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Timepiece and Fine Jewelry Specialist (TFJS) is responsible for providing a luxury customer experience to achieve the mission of the brand. You will be dedicated to engaging the Fashion and Watch and Timepiece and Fine Jewelry consumer of today and tomorrow, developing the relationship between client and brand and providing unsurpassed service to all our clients.

As a Timepiece and Fine Jewelry Specialist, you will sell a style and a dream, building emotional connections with customers by understanding their needs, offering relevant recommendations, and inspiring them to discover the allure of Chanel Timepieces and Fine Jewelry. Your passion for luxury watches and fine jewelry and commitment to excellence will elevate the boutique's reputation and enhance the overall customer experience.
YOU ARE ENERGISED BY
Providing the ultimate in luxury customer experience to both internal and external customers with a focus on customer recruitment and retention. Success in this role requires luxury timepieces and fine jewelry knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric environment. You should enjoy building relationships, working collaboratively with a diverse team, and staying updated on industry trends and product offerings.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Focus on customer recruitment and retention. Engage clients and build long lasting relationships with them that reflect the Chanel relational promise
- Equip yourself with expertise level of product knowledge while committing to personal development and continuous learning within the business and industry.
- Provide after-sales service to customers that further displays our commitment to excellence.
- Possess expertise in Fine Jewelry, High Jewelry and Watches and perform quality check and after sales follow up on the products.
- Work closely within the boutique and with other Watch and Fine Jewelry and Fashion boutiques for expertise enhancement and encourage referral activities.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Previous retail working experience, with experience within the luxury or Jewelry industry preferred.
- Commitment to learning and development in the Timepiece and Fine Jewelry categories, but also across the wider Chanel business.
- Good presentation with excellent interpersonal, teamwork & communication skills.
- GIA Certification or similar qualification would be advantageous.
- Knowledge and excitement for the Watches and Fine Jewelry category, that is able to be passed on to the client.
