Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join a growing team. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience; higher compensation considered for exceptional candidates)

- Remote Work:
- For Commercial Lines Account Manager: Hybrid option available (2 days in-office per week initially)
- For Senior Account Manager: Fully remote considered for candidates with 10+ years of experience, with quarterly in-office visits (accommodation provided at our corporate beachside office)
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business ranging from $550,000 to $750,000 in revenue, focusing on mid to large market real estate and construction accounts.
- Handle renewals, quoting, proposals, endorsements, changes, billings, and new business quotes.
- Collaborate with producers on placements and ensure client satisfaction.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience for Commercial Lines Account Manager.
- 10+ years of experience for Senior Account Manager.
- Candidates with Commercial Lines Manager experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software and a strong aptitude for technology.
- Key Attributes: Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
