The User Growth (Merchant Performance) Internship offers a unique opportunity to drive impact at one of the market's fastest-growing companies, focusing on a dynamic and rapidly expanding business line. This data-driven role requires a blend of sharp analytical thinking and strong interpersonal skills to deeply understand our user base and their evolving needs.

The Merchant Performance Growth team acts as the crucial link between our customer-centric strategy and our merchants' business goals. As a User Growth Intern, you will bridge the gap between understanding user behavior, executing promotional campaigns, and driving actionable business results. Your primary mission will be to support the promotion journey—setting up key initiatives that mutually benefit both merchants and users.

You won’t just be crunching numbers or managing internal systems; you will help translate raw data into strategic operational improvements. Your work will ensure that our users don’t just use our platform—they love it. This role is perfect for a highly motivated learner with a strategic mindset and a passion for crafting exceptional customer experiences that build long-term loyalty.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage Promotion Workflows: Assist in the end-to-end creation, setup, and execution of promotional campaigns to ensure high quality delivery.
• Conduct Research & Data Analysis: Write and execute SQL queries to analyze campaign performance and track metrics, uncovering actionable insights across the entire promotional journey.
• Optimize the Sales Funnel: Diagnose funnel performance and actively participate in cross-functional discussions, ensuring the "voice of the user" remains a core lever for driving merchant success.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Commercial, Data, Product and Operations teams, pinpoint friction areas, and propose effective, scalable solutions.
• Drive Efficiency & Action: Work with process automations and AI tools to streamline day-to-day operations, tracking the tangible business impact of your proposed changes.

Role Qualifications

• Academic Background: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in progress (Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Data/Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields).

• Technical Skills: Mandatory proficiency in Excel and SQL, capable of handling basic data processing and graphic/text production needs. Proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Analytical & Commercial Mindset: High data sensitivity paired with strong communication skills to translate data insights into clear business solutions for stakeholders.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to navigate ambiguity, detail-oriented mindset, and a proactive, hands-on approach to driving projects forward under tight deadlines.

• Curiosity & Growth Orientation: A strong desire to learn, experiment with new technologies, and see the direct impact of your work live on our app.
