Marketing Cloud

Overview

We are looking for a Mid-level Marketing Cloud Consultant to join a long-term project, supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives across multiple European markets.

The role will focus on both Commercial and Transactional Communications, working closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into effective Marketing Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

-Analyse and refine business requirements from markets and stakeholders.

-Create and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud tickets, including Customer Journeys, acceptance criteria, assumptions, dependencies and open questions.

-Work closely with markets to clarify requirements and ensure alignment before development starts.

-Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers and Business Analysts to define the best solutions.

-Support the Solution Design phase by providing business context and functional expertise.

-Act as the main point of contact for developers regarding business requirements and functional questions.

-Coordinate and support UAT activities, including test scenarios, expected results and business validation.

-Deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions when required.

-Manage and prioritise a continuous flow of requests across multiple European markets.

-Follow initiatives end-to-end, from requirements analysis through development, testing, business approval and deployment readiness.

Essential skills

-Previous experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

-Hands-on knowledge of:

  -Marketing Automations

  -Customer Journeys

  -CampaignsTransactional Emails

-Experience gathering and analysing business requirements.

-Good understanding of the Marketing Cloud development and delivery lifecycle.

-Experience working with technical and business stakeholders.

-Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

-Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests and priorities.

-Good level of English.
