Description
Our client is a boutique resort with 30+ rooms and 2 F&B outlets.
This role will oversee the overall resort operations, including Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, and Engineering.
The position will report directly to the Hotel Manager.
Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.
Profile
• Leisure resort experience
• Strong background in rooms operation
• Experience in managing guest relations, front office and housekeeping
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage, and Engineering operations
• Ability to express effective, clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Excellent English both spoken and written
• Strong leadership, organizational and administrative skills
• Dynamic, inspiring, innovative and enthusiastic
• Very approachable, outgoing with easy manner in dealing with guests and associates
• Must enjoy and be able to meet people with poise
• Must be able to handle difficult situations with tact and high diplomacy
• Must be able to act as the resort's ambassador on the floor
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Able to develop, coach, train, counsel and act as a mentor
• Computer literate
• Energetic, hands-on, flexible
• Motivated and able to work independently
