Description
Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Legal & Corporate Services Officer to provide company secretarial administration, office coordination and executive support within a professional corporate environment.
The role is primarily focused on company secretarial and corporate administration, with additional responsibility for supporting the day-to-day running of the office and assisting senior executives with selected administrative requirements.
This opportunity would suit an experienced company secretarial, legal administration, governance or executive support professional who is comfortable working across multiple areas and handling confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide company secretarial and corporate administration support.
- Maintain accurate company records, registers and governance documentation.
- Prepare and coordinate meeting documentation, agendas, minutes and action items.
- Assist with resolutions, approvals, signatures and related corporate processes.
- Support the preparation and organisation of board, committee and executive meetings.
- Coordinate boardroom and meeting-room arrangements.
- Oversee general office requirements, including stationery and office supplies.
- Liaise with service providers and coordinate basic office-related services.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the CEO, COO and other executives.
- Assist with travel-related arrangements, including flights, visas and accommodation when required.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality when dealing with corporate and executive information.
- Support the smooth and professional operation of the office.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in company secretarial administration, legal administration, governance, executive support or a related environment.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and document-management ability.
- Experience preparing meeting packs, minutes, registers or corporate records.
- The ability to work confidently with senior executives and internal stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A professional, discreet and service-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
