Sales Administrator & Customer Support (Remote, Philippines - Manila)

• Process B2B sales orders, manage client onboarding, and maintain accurate account and order documentation in Google Sheets/Excel
• Prepare and issue monthly invoices to corporate clients, follow up on payments, and handle billing-related inquiries
• Respond to customer inquiries via email on orders, products, vending locations, billing, and refunds, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
• Support smart vending operations by managing EasyGo backend setup, product listings, and system configuration updates
• Track inventory and asset movements, monitor machine conditions, and coordinate restocking with Operations
• Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, order status, inventory, and system performance
• Liaise with Sales, Operations, and the EasyGo China team to align on product updates, system enhancements, and operational matters
• Execute ad hoc operational and customer experience projects as assigned

Requirements

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Sales administrator, B2B Customer Support or equivalent
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & AIs
• Based near Manila or able to attend monthly onsite meetings in the Manila area
