Overview

This is a hybrid role supporting both the AI and PVI businesses in Southern Taiwan. The primary purpose of this role is to drive sales growth and profitability within the assigned region. The Territory Manager develops and executes local strategies that align with the Strategic Business Unit's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a sound business plan and sales strategy for the market to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Responsible for the development, management and execution of sales activities in the assigned region.
  • Responsible for all day to day business issues, tenders and quotations preparation.
  • Maintain existing customers and sourcing for potential customers.
  • Clinically support cases in theatres and labs.
  • Assist in managing warehouse stock levels and consignment stock.
  • Prepares action plans for effective sales and customer management.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
  • Provides timely feedback on market issues to senior management.
  • Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
  • Complete timely adverse event reporting (V-Track)
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications

Minimum Work Experience/ Educational Requirements:

  • Degree holder, with a major in science, business or other related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of solid sales experience in medical industry is preferred.
  • Experience with vascular products would be a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken ability).
  • Proficiency in PC application.
  • Outdoor working is required.
  • Occasional overseas travel for training and meeting is needed.
