Are you a passionate, outgoing sales leader who loves building relationships and creating unforgettable experiences? The Cottonwood is looking for a Membership Sales Manager to lead the growth of our exclusive Cottonwood Social Club.

 

The Cottonwood Social Club is more than a membership—it’s a lifestyle. Members enjoy exclusive access to our resort-style oasis, members-only events, complimentary overnight stays, and curated perks that redefine relaxation in the heart of Omaha’s Blackstone District.

 

As Membership Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of the Social Club—responsible for driving membership sales, building relationships within the Omaha community, engaging current members, and bringing the Cottonwood Social Club experience to life. You’ll combine strategic sales with genuine hospitality to turn prospects into members and members into passionate advocates.

 

We’re looking for someone who is energetic, entrepreneurial, relationship-driven, and confident in their ability to sell an experience—not just a membership.

 

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales, membership sales, hospitality, events, luxury service, or a related field.
• A track record of achieving sales goals and building a strong client or member base.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
• Confidence in prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing sales.
• A natural ability to connect with people and make them feel welcome.
• Creative, entrepreneurial thinking with a passion for generating new business.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects, relationships, and initiatives simultaneously.
• Professional presence and the ability to represent a luxury hospitality brand within the community.
• A genuine passion for creating experiences, building community, and delivering exceptional hospitality.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, occasional weekends, and special events.
