Take ownership by leading complex projects
As an PCB/MCM designer, you will collaborate with multi-disciplinary project teams within our product development department and work closely with electrical engineers. You will be responsible for designing multilayer PCBs and MCM substrate layouts for use in downhole drilling tools under extreme environmental conditions. In this role, you will strengthen our PCB/MCM layout group for high-temperature downhole applications as well as surface equipment electronics. Your responsibilities will span the entire layout process of electronic designs, including adjustment of requirement specification, implementation, verification & validation and documentation.
As Electrical Design Engineer – PCB/MCM Layout, Design you will be responsible for:
Taking ownership of MCM substrate and PCB design with Siemens Xpedition and Altium Designer
Creating of ECAD library symbols and footprints
Working in the PCB/MCM group that designs PCB and MCM substrates for multiple project teams
Creation of the required manufacturing data and documentation
To be successful in this role you will:
3+ years of experience at MCM substrate and PCB design, preferably with Siemens Xpedition
Good knowledge of the manufacturing processes of PC boards and assemblies
Decent experience at modifying electrical schematics and layouts with Siemens Xpedition
Good understanding of electrical circuitry and applicable MCM substrate and PCB requirements
Experience and knowledge of the functionality of ECAD Libraries
Good skills at creating technical drawings and documentation
Self-contained, self-motivated and structured to work within a worldwide functioning interdisciplinary team
Have good written and verbal English skills, due to working in an international diverse working environment

The initial pay range for this position will be PLN 166,400 To 228,800. There are no provisions of any collective agreement relating to pay which will be applied to this position.
