The Orange Therapy team is made of of an experienced multidisciplinary team and supports a large paediatric caseload of clients both in Orange and across Central West NSW. There a strong team culture within the team and a real sense of teamwork and collaboration in supporting life changing client outcomes.
In this role you will work with a varied client caseload where the majority of clients are aged 0-18 (80%) with ~50% being 0-6. The majority of clients CPA support live with cerebral palsy and other physical disabilities (~80%). A typical week in the role will include approximately 70% of client sessions being onsite at our centre of Prince Street (both in person or via Telepractice) and 30% being the community including visits to schools, client homes, and day program services. Currently most outreach is within 10 minutes of the site however the team also supports clients and families living in Bathurst, Parkes and Forbes.
We have cutting edge therapy resources in Orange including eye-gaze technology, huge selection of toys (including CP toys), access to an assortment of specialised assessments, Surface Pro and Tobi eye gaze camera (AAC) and Accent 800 (AAC). Within the clinic there are 3 specialist treatment rooms, a children's gym space, and a designated working station for delivery of Telepractice.
Working within the Therapy team at CPA provides therapists with an opportunity to work with an experienced team locally alongside a broader speech pathology team of 60 therapists across NSW/ACT. CPA is a centre of excellence for people living with cerebral palsy and similar conditions which enables creativity and innovative practice to come to life! As an employee at CPA you will have comprehensive and adaptive clinical education support with onsite visits and virtual supervision sessions alongside flexible work arrangements as required.

What We Offer?
Salary: clinical salaries are graded with an approximate range of $80-140k incl super including tax free packaging; for more information, please discuss with our recruitment team.

Eligibility Criteria:
Relevant qualifications in Occupational Therapy
Evidence of current AHPRA registration.
A current driver's license and your own vehicle
