The Difference You Make:
The Middle Office Operations - IC5 is responsible for processing, monitoring, researching and analyzing transactions and resolving complex inquiries. They coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders and external clients to gather and disseminate data-related information about transactions. The incumbent conducts research to gather information on complex transactions and data-related, straightforward inquiries. Responsible for custodian bank reconciliations analysis (cash, asset and market value), break assignment and resolution of reconciliation breaks, daily portfolio valuation processes, account level pricing, net asset valuation calculations (NAV), monthly accounting close processes, cash projection reports, cash management support, monthly end-client statement workflow and validation and ad hoc reporting.

• Focuses on gaining experiences and developing Middle Office skills and expertise.
• Escalates the most complex transactions to senior team members.
• Provides guidance to less experienced team members.
• Collaborates with a group of internal and external stakeholders to deliver recommendations to complex inquiries.
• Regularly interacts with clients in providing consultation and resolving complex inquiries and transactions.
• Provides subject matter expertise and guidance to Middle Office staff as needed.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required

Qualifications:

• 5+ Years Account relationship management experience. - Required.
• Excellent organization, planning and time management skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills – the ability to convey a broad array of information succinctly and accurately.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to interface with all levels of management.
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to change in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent analytical skills and investment and business acumen.
• High level attention to detail.
• Contributes positively to the team even under pressure of when performing routine tasks.
• Experience in a data analysis or business operations role preferred but not required.
• Experience identifying financial documents (audits, YTD financials, credit agreements, etc.).
• Ability to work with internal and external customers.

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

$67,500.00 USD$117,500.00 USD
