For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in software product management
- A track record of building strong cross-functional relationships and earning influence in organizations with strong opinions and deep expertise
- Clear communication style adaptable across audiences — peers, the broader org, customers, and leadership
- Proactive, methodical problem-solving that addresses both short-term fixes and long-term stability
- Ability to gather and synthesize user feedback and present trade-offs to the organization
- Strong change management skills, including comfort working through ambiguity
- Analytical mindset and ability to partner with Engineering on technical projects
- Experience with escalation management
- Fluency in English (at least a B2/C1 level)
- Availability for a remote regime based in Portugal (candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit and EU-based candidates are welcome if willing to relocate to Portugal).
