Description

Backed by long-term institutional investment and an established global brand, the firm is scaling its capabilities, technology and international footprint.
Our client is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to lead this newly created team in Kraków. This pivotal role will ensure the client onboarding processes remain effective, consistent and aligned to the firm's risk management framework. You'll act as a vital link between internal teams and an external onboarding partner, helping to embed robust quality standards, strengthen controls, and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive high standards of quality, consistency and accuracy across client onboarding activities.
- Implement and develop QA frameworks, methodologies and quality standards across multiple jurisdictions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance policies, procedures, systems and controls relating to AML, KYC, and CDD processes.
- Analyse quality trends, root causes, and recurring issues, presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Produce management information and reporting to support governance forums and decision-making.
- Partner with external onboarding teams to drive performance improvements and targeted development initiatives.
- Deliver training, coaching and feedback to enhance capability across internal and third-party teams.
- Act as an escalation point for complex or high-risk quality-related matters.
- Champion a positive quality culture that encourages accountability, learning and continuous improvement.
- Support and develop Analysts through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience in managing a Quality Assurance, Compliance, Financial Crime, AML, KYC or Client Due Diligence team
- Expert knowledge of AML, KYC, CDD, and broader financial crime regulations and risks.
- Previous experience designing, implementing or enhancing QA frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience producing management information, governance reporting, and regulatory documentation.
- Strong understanding of operational risk management and remediation activities.
- A proven track record of coaching, developing and leading high-performing teams.
- Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively and influence at all levels.
