Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (“MRC”) for Hong Kong
The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions.

China Hong KongJob Responsibilities:
• Perform as a maker/checker to ensure smooth processing of cash management operations such as profile setup, cash pooling/sweeping and CCASS/DCASS settlement
• Responsible for handling enquiries and processing of transactions related to cash management and CCASS/DCASS settlement
• Act as backup for supporting cheque clearing and book transfer/fixed deposits opening and uplift
• Provide user requirements and UAT support in related cash management projects
• Assist team head in establishing internal control and daily operation procedures
• Report to duty during adverse weather conditions
• Take up ad hoc assignments assigned by team head
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or above is preferred.
• Minimum 5 year of relevant experience in cash management operations is preferred.
• Well understanding of cash management operations.
• Good knowledge of banking clearing and settlement industry trend and market knowledge.
• Good knowledge of cash management products such as cash pooling, sweeping and virtual account.
• Familiar with regulatory requirements related to cash management and CCASS/DCASS settlement.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• This role is required to take shifts plus working under extreme weather conditions.
Shift working time : 2pm-10pm daily (Monday to Friday)
