Your impact
Develop new business opportunities by acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Prepare tailored sales presentations and commercial offers based on customer needs.
Maintain and continuously update the customer contact database.
Conduct intensive field work with current and prospective customers to identify opportunities and strengthen business relationships.
Coordinate and oversee the after-sales implementation of technical solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales plans and drive their successful execution in line with agreed targets.
Provide regular sales and market reports to management.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Take ownership of regional sales activities and contribute to the growth of the business.
Job Profile
University degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in sales or a technical environment.
Good knowledge of the local market and sales channels.
Fluent English and/or German.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively as part of the role.
Good PC and MS Office skills.
Responsible, self-driven, and proactive approach to work.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong goal orientation, persistence, and commitment to achieving results.
Decisive, dedicated, and able to work independently.
Willingness to take calculated business risks and assume personal responsibility for decisions and results.
