Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a multinational tech company in their search for a Data Analyst based in Tokyo, Japan.
Salary: up to JP¥12,000,000 annually
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift Schedule: Day Shift
Location: Tokyo, Japan
The Role
The ideal candidate will leverage The Company's digital technology foundation to undertake data analysis and BI projects, delivering AI value to clients. They shall utilize data analysis and BI skills to participate in BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI or data analysis projects.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design and development of data analysis and BI dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Collaborate with FPT experts to ensure project delivery
- Work with FPT global teams, partner agencies, and collaborators to explore new services and solutions, providing development support
- Conduct capability promotion and asset accumulation internally and externally within the company
- Research latest technologies and discuss solutions
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in data analysis and BI (algorithm development, unstructured data, data processing, time-series analysis, statistical analysis, dashboards, etc.)
- Experience in data processing using Python

Agile development experience
- Offshore development experience

Experience in driving business improvement/transformation using Generative AI or data analysis (Industry sectors: Manufacturing/Automotive, Healthcare, Telecommunications, Retail/Distribution, etc.)

Experience in business process design or business transformation predicated on AI application

Basic knowledge related to AI solutions (Generative AI, Data Analysis Platforms, etc.)
- Business-level Japanese proficiency
- Business-level English proficiency
