Role description:

• Interprets data and turns it into information which can offer ways to improve a business, thus affecting business decisions.
• To assist in the coordination of sales pipeline reporting and analysis.
• To assist in the development of the SharePoint and reporting systems

Role accountabilities:

• Analyze large amounts of complex data to provide the business with fact-based insights
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Identify problematic areas with the data and research to determine the best course of action to correct the data
• Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly Sales Pipeline Report from Oracle Sales Cloud
• Develop dashboards
• Develop application through PowerApps to automate reporting processes
• Help translate data into visualizations, metrics, and goals
• Support in Market research
• Descriptive and predictive analytics
• Contribute, participate, and support continuous process improvement activities
• Perform administrative duties as required

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or any related field
• At least 3 years proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and PowerApps
• Strong adaptability to data analytics and visualization tools
• Familiarity in the use of statistical packages such as SPSS, Minitab, R, Python, etc.)
• A blend of analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and reporting acumen
• Quantitative mindset and analytic capabilities
• Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent English verbal and written communication
• Ability to juggle multiple projects at once
• Ability to work under multiple tight deadlines and respond to last minute requests and compressed production schedules
• Ability to take initiative and exercise commitment and dedication while working independently or with a team
• Experience in working in a fast-paced environment with all levels of professionals
