Business Analyst - Model Risk

Business Analyst – Model Risk & Third Party Risk Management

We are looking for an experienced SME / Business Analyst / Consultant to support Model Risk investigation and remediation activities within a global banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Model Risk investigation and remediation activities.

• Design and enhance risk controls, processes, and procedures.

• Support remediation and implementation planning.

• Conduct gap analysis and translate findings into actionable requirements.

• Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with key stakeholders.

• Prepare options papers, recommendations, and management-level materials.

• Work closely with Risk, Business, Technology, and Third Party Risk Management teams.

Key Requirements

• Experience in banking or financial services, ideally within Risk, Controls, or Transformation.

• Experience in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) is highly desirable.

• Basic to intermediate understanding of Model Risk and/or AI Risk.

• Strong Business Analysis, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Experience in control/process design, requirements management, and remediation initiatives.

• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to structure complex and ambiguous problems and drive them towards practical solutions.

• Agile mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
