About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Strategy & Planning Associate to join the Enterprise Strategy team. We are looking for team members who are passionate about driving business and process improvements, collaborating to develop creative solutions to complex problems, and serving as trusted thought partners/strategic advisors.
In this role, you will:
- Participate in the day-to-day execution of moderately complex initiatives or workstreams with broad impact and high visibility with Enterprise Strategy’s senior leadership team.
- Participate and partner with more senior members of the Enterprise Strategy Team, and other Wells Fargo teams to define business strategy and develop corresponding business plans and initiative roadmaps.
- Evaluate strategic business opportunities, investment needs, and partnership opportunities.
- Review and analyze moderately complex larger-scale or longer-term challenges that require evaluation of multiple factors including market trends, financial opportunity, competitive landscape, intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Partner with more senior members of the Enterprise Strategy Team, to provide strategic consulting services to business leadership, business teams, and functional areas.
- Communicate opportunities, data insights, strategy, and related solutions/business plans to management.
- Collaborate strategically and consult with all levels to resolve issues and achieve goals.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Strategy & Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability.
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge and understanding of financial products and services.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
