Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented PMO Analyst to join our team! The ideal candidate will:

• Support program and project planning, including onboarding, schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, resources, and performance measures.
• Track and report program and project status using appropriate project management tools and methodologies, ensuring early identification of delays, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional milestone, dependency, and interdependency tracking across projects and functional areas.
• Maintain program tracking tools, SharePoint sites, document repositories, systems of record, and centralized PMO libraries, ensuring organization, accessibility, version control, and proper archiving.
• Conduct data-quality checks and implement corrective actions to maintain the accuracy and integrity of program information.
• Support project, program, and portfolio-level business process analysis by documenting current- and future-state processes, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, and recommending improvements.
• Translate complex business processes and program data into visual workflows, dashboards, and other tools that support analysis and decision-making.
• Monitor program budgets, burn rates, funding, financial performance, forecasts, and variances.
• Review and validate program financials, including ETC files, invoices, funding data, subcontractor charges, and vendor expenditures.
• Identify and communicate funding risks, budget overruns and underruns, and other financial issues before they affect program execution.
• Conduct requirements, business, economic, and feasibility analyses to support investment and program decisions.
• Develop and support business cases, analyses of alternatives, rough-order-of-magnitude estimates, cost comparisons, risk analyses, and economic analyses.
• Collect and analyze program data, documentation, and stakeholder input to develop solutions, recommendations, and actionable insights.
• Prepare weekly and monthly program status reports, dashboards, and briefings covering financial performance, schedule, staffing, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and overall program health.
• Standardize and automate templates, reporting processes, dashboards, document repositories, and lessons-learned logs to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Facilitate meetings and stakeholder engagements; document decisions, action items, risks, and follow-up activities.
• Communicate program status, plans, risks, issues, and recommendations clearly to technical teams, management, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Provide analytical support, technical guidance, and recommendations to program and project staff.
• Proactively identify issues, develop viable solutions, and drive assigned actions through completion.
• Provide functional support to the Operations Manager by optimizing daily workflows, monitoring performance metrics, supporting resource allocation, and promoting alignment across functional teams.
• Manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively across technical, functional, financial, and program teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in program management, business analysis, financial analysis, project management, operations, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience with budget tracking, financial analysis, forecasting, or program performance management.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, trackers, and executive-level program updates.
• Experience with ETC/EAC, ROM estimates, cost analysis, financial forecasting, and analyses of alternatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SharePoint and program documentation management.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently while collaborating across teams.
• Active TS SCI to start, must be clearable to the CI poly level.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting DoD contracts, military organizations, or government programs.
• Background in economic analysis, including cost analysis, cost-benefit analysis, economic feasibility studies, or evaluation of alternatives.
• Experience with DoD acquisition, budgeting, contracting, or program management processes.
• Experience supporting subcontractor management, vendor funding, or invoice administration.
• Experience automating recurring reports and developing program dashboards.
• Experience establishing standardized processes, templates, repositories, and reporting methodologies.

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $103,500.00 - $181,100.00
