Overview
The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead is a senior, client-facing consulting and practice leadership role responsible for leading complex organizational change engagements supporting Blue Yonder supply chain transformations. This role combines hands-on OCM delivery, executive advisory, team leadership, client capability building, methodology development, and business development. The role partners with client executives, business leaders, project teams, and Blue Yonder delivery resources to prepare organizations and their people to successfully adopt new technologies, processes, roles, operating models, and ways of working.
*Location: US-REMOTE with the ability to travel up to 30%
What You’ll Do
- Lead OCM engagements across complex enterprise and supply chain transformation programs.
- Conduct organizational, stakeholder, change impact, readiness, and role/job-design assessments to identify risks, impacts, and mitigation strategies.
- Develop and execute integrated OCM strategies and plans, including communications, stakeholder alignment, business readiness, and risk mitigation.
- Design and facilitate executive sessions, stakeholder alignment workshops, focus groups, discovery sessions, and cross-functional working sessions.
- Establish business readiness teams and change champion networks to engage impacted employees and support communication, readiness, adoption, and reinforcement.
- Develop and deploy change readiness surveys and use findings to identify readiness gaps, resistance, and mitigation actions.
- Assess organizational structures, responsibilities, decision rights, skills, and future-state ways of working and provide recommendations to support successful transformation.
- Advise and coach C-suite executives and senior leaders on sponsorship, leadership alignment, communications, and their role in driving adoption and transformation outcomes.
- Build alignment across functional leaders around transformation objectives, business impacts, and cross-functional requirements.
- Coach client OCM resources to build sustainable internal change-management capabilities and self-sufficiency.
- Lead, coach, and mentor OCM consultants while providing quality oversight across engagements.
- Establish and continuously improve OCM standards, processes, methodologies, tools, frameworks, templates, accelerators, and reusable delivery assets.
- Incorporate engagement lessons learned, client feedback, emerging practices, and evolving transformation needs to strengthen OCM delivery.
- Partner with project and program management to integrate OCM activities, milestones, dependencies, resources, and risks into overall implementation plans.
- Support OCM workforce planning, recruiting, interviewing, selection, and development of internal and contract OCM resources.
- Support business development through discovery, OCM solution design, estimating, staffing approaches, proposals, Statements of Work, and client presentations.
- Articulate the business value of OCM at the executive level, connecting change management and adoption to business readiness, implementation risk, value realization, and transformation outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
- 12+ years of progressive Organizational Change Management, transformation, or related consulting experience, including significant experience leading complex engagements and OCM teams.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise technology, supply chain, process, or organizational transformation programs.
- Strong experience with organizational and stakeholder assessments, change impact analysis, communications, stakeholder alignment, business readiness, organizational design, change networks, and risk mitigation.
- Demonstrated ability to design and facilitate executive workshops, stakeholder sessions, focus groups, and cross-functional working sessions.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to advise, influence, and coach C-suite and senior executives.
- Experience building client OCM capability and coaching OCM professionals to independently apply methodologies, tools, and leading practices.
- Experience leading, mentoring, and developing OCM consultants and providing quality oversight across multiple engagements.
- Experience developing and implementing OCM methodologies, frameworks, processes, tools, templates, and reusable consulting assets.
- Strong knowledge of Prosci, ADKAR, SAP Activate, or comparable change methodologies, with experience working in Agile, waterfall, and hybrid environments.
- Strong understanding of project and program management practices and the ability to integrate OCM activities into overall implementation plans.
- Experience recruiting and interviewing OCM professionals and contract resources.
- Strong consulting, facilitation, executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Experience supporting business development, solution development, proposals, estimates, Statements of Work, and client presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prosci Certified Change Practitioner or comparable professional OCM certification.
- Experience with Blue Yonder or other enterprise supply chain solutions and platforms.
- Experience supporting transformation across supply chain capabilities such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Integrated Business Planning, Allocation and Replenishment, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, or related solutions.
- Understanding of the organizational, process, role, skill, governance, and behavioral changes associated with enterprise supply chain implementations.
- Experience with cloud/SaaS, AI-enabled, or digital transformation programs.
- Experience establishing or advancing an OCM practice, Center of Excellence, delivery methodology, or consulting capability.
- Professional services, enterprise software, or management consulting experience.
- Experience leading global, multi-functional, or multi-region transformation initiatives.

Success means delivering high-quality OCM engagements that improve client readiness, adoption, and transformation outcomes while building trusted relationships with senior client leaders. This role develops strong OCM professionals, increases client self-sufficiency, maintains consistent delivery quality, and advances reusable methodologies and assets across the practice. Success also includes strengthening Blue Yonder’s OCM capability through continuous improvement, talent development, and business development while positioning OCM as an integral part of successful supply chain transformation and value realization.

The base salary range from this position is $160,000 - $195,000
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
