Rotational Program - Wealth Management & Advice Solutions (Non-Licensed)
Rotational Associates can expect to complete three, eight-month rotational assignments over the course of two years within key areas of our Wealth Management & Advice Solutions organization.

Associates will build cross-functional proficiency by learning the techniques, skills and processes that deliver the highest quality results to our customers. Each rotation is designed to improve business acumen and build an overall understanding of TIAA's enterprise strategy. Rotation assignments are determined by a combination of business needs, skills and experience, and the associate's desired career path.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Build deep understanding of the financial services industry, the regulatory environment, and TIAA's competitive position.
• Contribute to initiatives that directly inform business decisions, drive measurable outcomes, and enhance client experience.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, building relationships and influencing skills essential to enterprise-level work.
• Gather knowledge across multiple business functions within TIAA Wealth Management & Advice Solutions to help inform your long-term career trajectory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior participation in TIAA's Summer Associate Internship Program
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, deep curiosity, drive, entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for client service
• Interest in business strategy, analytics, operations, or product management within financial services
• Overall GPA of 3.0 or better

What you’ll experience:

Rotation 1: Chief Administrative Office – Your journey begins at the strategic center of the business – the Chief Administrative Office. In this foundational rotation, you'll gain firsthand exposure to how TIAA's Wealth Management & Advice Solutions organization is managed, governed, and driven forward—building the business acumen that will inform every rotation that follows.

Rotations 2 - 4: Where Your Path Takes Shape – This is where the program comes alive. You'll rotate through key strategic and analytical functions across TIAA's Wealth Management business, gaining hands-on experience that will define your career trajectory.

Rotations May Include:

• Wealth Performance & Analytics – Dive into the data and insights that measure business performance and inform strategic decision-making, building the analytical instincts that separate good strategists from great ones.
• Business Enablement – Get close to the operational backbone of the business, helping ensure the tools, processes, and capabilities that support client-facing teams are running at their best.
• Advice & Experience Product Management – Shape the products and experiences that define how clients interact with TIAA's advice and wealth management offerings, gaining exposure to the intersection of client needs and business strategy.
• Wealth Strategy – Contribute to business planning, helping define the strategic direction of TIAA's Wealth Management & Advice Solutions organization and gaining a rare seat at the table where wealth strategy is shaped.

Base Pay Range: $28.22/hr - $35.53/hr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
