Digital & Client Experience (D&CX) exists to delight TIAA's clients by transforming the company's culture and practices around client centricity, creating confidence and simplicity in every experience we deliver. In support of TIAA's mission to ensure a more secure financial future for all, D&CX brings together three connected disciplines that shape how millions of clients experience TIAA: Experience Design, Experience Product Management, and CX Strategy & Transformation. Together these teams design the digital products and journeys clients use every day, decide which client problems are most worth solving, and drive the research, experimentation, and client-obsessed culture that guide where the organization invests, increasingly powered by data and AI.

The D&CX Rotational Program is a two-year program that pairs senior leadership interaction and cross-business experience with real projects and real client challenges. You will work with financial services technology platforms and tools while learning the techniques, disciplines, and processes that build fluency in both client experience and the financial services industry. Each rotation is designed to deepen your business knowledge and build an overall understanding of the work and our company. You will also be paired with a mentor who provides coaching and feedback along the way to ensure you are successful in this role.

Program Highlights:

As a Rotational Associate in the D&CX Rotational Program, you will apply your academic knowledge, skills, and experience to help solve real business challenges. Over the two-year program, you will work within one of the tracks below through a specifically designed series of rotational assignments, with the opportunity to complete at least one rotation outside your track for cross-business learning and understanding.

Experience Design

Rotational Associates on the Design track help create inclusive process flows, wireframes, and prototypes, applying graphic design, storyboarding, and user testing skills alongside AI-assisted design and research tools. Working as part of a mission team, you will help refine TIAA's user experiences across responsive web and native mobile in support of our multi-year experience strategy.

Product Management

Rotational Associates on the Product Management track provide data-driven analysis of customer behavior across key experiences, channels, and digital tools. You will support journey leads and product managers by monitoring journey health, tracking KPIs, running competitive analysis, and mapping customer experiences to identify friction, contributing AI-enabled and automation ideas along the way.

CX Strategy and Transformation

Rotational Associates on the CX Strategy and Transformation track uncover the reasons behind client behavior by combining research methods, competitive intelligence, and AI-enabled analytics, then turning those findings into experiments that drive measurable change. You will support the full lifecycle of experience improvements by closing feedback loops, resolving client friction, and helping apply AI across the client experience.

Anticipated Posting End Date:

Base Pay Range: $63,000/yr - $73,000/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
