What You’ll Do
- Strategies, Plan Quality Product Releases for SOTI
- Define Performance & Security Testing Measure for Product Release
- Drive Automation team to reduce regression and quicker releases.
- Work with Product Managers/ Development Managers and Scrum Masters to define the project's testing scope and manage the test execution for small to large sized projects.
- Work with closely with Development & QA team to find out Quality gaps and provide solution and approach to define high standard quality.
- Help team with Technical Trainings and enhance skills.
- Participate in all Agile Rituals like Sprint Planning/Grooming/Estimates/Demo.
- Provide Timely feedback, reports to leadership teams on Quality of the product.
Experience You’ll Bring
- 12 to 16 Years to experience with application quality assurance in a complex web-based and mobile software development environment.
- Should have 3 years of Minimum Experience as QA Manager.
- Should have minimum experience of 3-5 years in Automation testing.
- Good to have if worked on Performance & Security testing for any product.
- Hands on programming (Java/ C#) is Must.
- Good to have exposure to AWS Cloud Deployments.
- Hands on Experience with API testing and its automation.
- Must have handled Functional & Automation teams, minimum team size 10-15 people.
- Experience in a fast-paced project environment, working under Agile or Scrum paradigm and hands-on working experience with commercial & open source.
- Overall must be a tech savvy person who has zeal to implement new technologies.
- Should have good Aptitude/Communication & team handling skills.
