Description
Product Specialist
Game District is looking for an analytical and passionate Product Specialist to join our team and help shape the future of our mobile entertainment products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and document new product features, LiveOps events, and progression systems.
- Set up, execute, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions.
- Analyze user behavior, product data, and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Model and balance user journeys, behaviors, and monetization funnels using spreadsheets and mathematical simulations.
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify trends in the mobile entertainment space.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineers, Artists, User Acquisition, and QA teams to ensure features are delivered with quality and clear intent.
- Review user feedback from community channels, app store reviews, and Discord to identify actionable insights.
- Contribute ideas to brainstorming sessions and support the development of the product roadmap.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience is welcome.
- Genuine passion for mobile entertainment products and curiosity about how they are built, balanced, and monetized.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, spreadsheets, and mathematical models.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Requirements
- Familiarity with mobile F2P games and an understanding of their core loops, mechanics, and monetization systems.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic modeling.
- Understanding of A/B testing, statistics, or experimentation frameworks.
- Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Educational background in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related quantitative field.
- Familiarity with design and collaboration tools such as Figma and Miro.
